In 2023, Indococo discovered the huge potential of “forest waste” in the form of pine bark from fallen and dead trees. However, there were not many processing industries available in Indonesia, so Indococo started innovating with pine bark as the base material.
Pine bark is the outer layer of the pine tree trunk, consisting of living and dead cell tissue that provides protection against the environment and pathogens. Pine bark has antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties that can be utilized in various health and industrial applications. When used as mulch, pine bark can help regulate soil moisture and reduce weed growth. This can be accomplished by adding something to the soil, such as a top dressing, or by mixing it in.
Indonesia Pine Bark is managed by Indococo of PT Visi Arlion Internasional, a subsidiary of PT D&W Internasional which started in 2005. Under the Stone Depot brand, we export our natural stone products such as Sukabumi Green stone, black lava stone, limestone, basalt for residential, hotel, villa, and other commercial customer projects with the best quality products.
Indococo itself produces processed coconut, such as coco peat, coconut mesh, coconut fiber, coconut charcoal, and other coconut derivative products. We have served more than 400 customers from 80 countries around the world, such as South Africa, Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Seychelles, France, Australia, China, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Greece, Pakistan, Israel, India, the United Arab Emirates, and several other countries.
